Pango believes in doing business the right way and in keeping with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Pango’s “Speak Up” Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, and partners to raise any concerns, ask questions, or request guidance. Although we take pride in being transparent and having an open-communication environment, we realize sometimes it’s easier to come forward a different way. “Speak Up” will allow you to raise any concerns directly to us and anonymously, where permitted by law.

Every report submitted will be assigned to a case manager.  You will receive confirmation within the reporting system that your report has been received and your case manager will begin their review. Should you wish to contact your case manager directly, you will be able to send them a message using the message tab in the reporting system.

Pango does not tolerate retaliation against anyone for raising good faith concerns about potential violations of the law or our company policies.

Pango’s “Speak Up” Helpline is powered by Vault, which uses multiple security measures to ensure the safety of your data. Any data you enter into the Vault Platform is fully secured using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) and a uniquely generated encryption key. Until your report is submitted no-one (not even Vault) can access any data. Once your report is submitted, only your assigned case manager can access the data which is end to end protected by security technology such as HTTPS and Transport layer security.
